Oops! I should have said: Drudge siren with title... "Chelsea's big mouth - Campaign manager calls Chelsea stupid - Clinton's drag her down to their level. Used CGI funds to pay her expenses & taxes" - Oh... And actually there is no siren or headline of the sort on Drudge, but there should be.

One clarification: Podesta and Band did
not call Chelsea "stupid".
In this context, "not smart" means "bad idea".
It's a comment on her judgement, not her intelligence.
