The GOPe is not cowed: They are IN ON IT.
You were able to view it because you do NOT have your computer on a “Restricted” mode. That mode is used by high school libraries, parental controls, Starbucks, etc to try to prevent bad stuff from getting to young kids. So YouTube is effectively preventing many young people from seeing this video. In other words, censorship, just like what the video is talking about.
