Never forget Bill Maher is the one who invited Barbara Olson to fly on American Airlines Flight 77 from Dulles Airport, Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles International Airport on 11 September, 2001, to appear on his “Politically Incorrect”. I’m convinced, like the Nickell Excedrin case of 1986, the other deaths were collateral damage.
