Remember Deep Throat during Watergate? I think clearly the Deep Throat are some brave and patriotic people at the FBI and CIA and NSA who are feeding us the info thru Wikileaks and Anonymous.
Keep in mind, the investigation has been going on for over one year.
In order for the NYPD to issue an arrest warrant for Bill Clinton there would have to be evidence of a crime that comes under the NYPD’s jurisdiction. The scenario you present is a possibility, but not likely.
Wouldn’t it be a hoot if the NSA hacked Wiener and put the Huma .pst on his computer.

After short intro/bio of Steve Pieczenik, Pieczenik lays out what he claims to be an effort by patriots inside the FBI and other agencies to stop Clinton.
Why do I believe him? It squares with my speculation that the revolt by the lower and middle ranks in the FBI — THE FOLKS WHO HAVE SEEN THE EVIDENCE — against the politically compromised bosses at DOJ and the FBI led Comey to backpedal on his July failure to refer Clinton for prosecution. According to this, that patriotic outrage has spread to the military and other intel/security agencies.
Pray it IS TRUE and succeeds! Because after 4 years of the Clinton crime family and their inevitable PURGE of those agencies (as obozo has done at the Pentagon), this is almost certainly our last chance to stop them and save this country from the FULL banana republic status obozo has ALMOST achieved!

While this system does, of necessity, possess democratic elements, the underlying system left us by the founders is that of a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC!
