Theresa May cannot trigger Brexit without putting it to an MPs' vote in the House of Commons, the High Court has ruled.
In a landmark ruling, Lord Chief Justice Thomas said Mrs May did not have the right to set in motion Article 50, the official start of EU divorce proceedings, without consulting parliament.
The Government instantly announced it would appeal the decision and the two sides will now prepare for another showdown at the Supreme Court in early December.

The witch that launched this claim, can burn in hell for all I care. Special interests with nefarious intentions are trying to subvert the will of the people.
Make no mistake about it, there will be riots and civil unrest on a scale modern Britain has never seen before if they carry on with this. The people are angry, very very angry.

The left and their establishment allies still dream of defying the will of the people.Something like 75% of those eligible voted and it was 52-48.

Yep, the Brits are in worse shape then US, we are not far behind!

Just about the same situation as we are in: Globalist against Individual Freedom.
The One world government will not go away quietly. In fact, will not go away without force.

It's very gratifying to me,a Yank,to know that it was Britain's middle and working classes that made Brexit happen. If Trump prevails next week (which now seems likely) it will be the very same people who put him over the top.
To: mewzilla
There is nothing lawful about this travesty.
To: mewzilla
And does this action mean that the UK’s uniparty thinks Trump is gonna win...?

Even if this has to go through the Parliament would really the MPs dare to defy the government and the voters?

Yep, the Brits are in worse shape then US, we are not far behind! I think we should wait until next Wednesday to make such a statement. If Trump wins then, knowing that Brexit has passed,it could be said that there's hope for both countries. If The Former Twelfth Lady steals it then it could be argued that *we're* in worse shape than the Brits.
To: UKrepublican
Was this judicial activism? Or do the courts have the power to block this?

How hard would it be to vote out Establishment members in the House of Commons?
And how severe is media control over there?

Interesting you mention the Queen. How monarchists can support open borders is beyond me. And if the House of Windsor thinks it’s hands are tied, politics-wise, it may want to start thinking outside the box.

Unfortunately not, she is politically neutral, vehemently so and to be honest, that would open up an even greater can of worms - much as many of us would love it to happen at this moment!
To: UKrepublican
So this is what a leftist court looks like? It would make John Roberts proud. Vote Trump.
