I like cottage cheese, too. I usually have it with sliced tomatoes (like Akmak crackers with it). On occasion I put diced pineapple in it. Sometimes I sprinkle some Johnny’s Salad & Pasta Elegance seasoning on it.

Cottage cheese also goes well with, of all things, dill pickles.
