“Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson laptops have not been destroyed”

Hummm wasn't that part of the immunity deal? If any of this is true then these two Ladies have been found to be in violation of the term of immunity. Otherwise it would be inadmissible. The FBI must have dug up dirt on these ladies.

Joe deGenova said the FBI had not destroyed the laptops over a week ago. He seems to have good information.

The FBI was supposed to destroy the evidence but didn’t. This seems like it could be used against the FBI at a later date

Napolitano said this AM that these women did not get immunity as it never went to a grand jury hearing. They got a ‘promise’ but that was subject to nothing changing and things have changed :)
