Right. BUT, Comey can get up and say he recomends the indictment. Then tell the whole world the reasons and not the BS like he did the last time.
Wanna see the SHTF? That will do it. Either they indict or fire Comey, and that aint gonna happen.
Think a minute - this may simpler than people think.
Suppose the NYPD or the police in North Carolina find damning evidence against PIAPS on the Wiener computer. They inform the FBI and the Feds say: “That’s great boys, we’ll sweep this under the rug for you.” The NYPD says: “Hold on when we prosecute Anthony Wiener, which we’re going to do, all this comes out. So if you cover it up we uncover it and you don’t have jurisdiction.”
It could simply be that simple. It’s going to come out and and is in the hands of someone that the FBI can’t control.
