Fox News Channel's Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:
1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.
2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.

Is this information coming out today part of the counter-coup? It seems the intelligence/legal community has decided enough is enough.
They can recommend an indictment in January and Trump’s AG will prosecute.

bill of indictment: (criminal law) a formal document accusing a person or persons of crime(s), formerly presented to a grand jury for certification as a true bill but now signed by a court official.
And as the old saw goes, a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich.
From what I’ve been reading here, it might contain some mighty disturbing accusations, things beyond their misdeeds that we’ve been talking about here on FR for many years.
Unlike the McDougals who went to jail for the Clintons in Whitewater, there will Clinton aids and confidantes who will want to save their own skin.
The fact that Hillary's server was hacked by at least five countries is, in the words of Joe Biden, a really BFD. Obama may be part of this as well.
The FBI was supposed to destroy the evidence but didn’t. This seems like it could be used against the FBI at a later date

I can’t see how Huma or Mills can stay out of jail without turning on Hillary. So it’s really all about the election and the reactions of Obama, Lynch and, of course, Hillary herself. They would have to openly discard the rule of law which they are already at the point of doing.
100% agree. Those who let them slide in the 90s failed the country big time. Bush, in particular, could have nailed them to the wall after he took office. He took the “high road” and so we are now stuck in this ditch.

This is what was reported, but there could have been some unreported fine print. As in destroyed at a future date if no contradicting evidence is found, big guess on my part.
This is WAY too big for that. The MSM does its best for “the agenda,” but when a story means mega-papers sold, and blockbuster ratings, they’ll go for the money every time.

You know what scum the leftists are who write history books. The people involved won’t be identified as to party, just year of the event, then there will be some mention of Republicans but no mention of Democrats.
