What will you do, when President Trump orders his troops to invade Canada?
[...]
Canada is a country worthy of invasion. Canada has abundant resources of fresh water, oil, coal and timber, all of which will be increasingly important as climate change continues its death march across history. The longer we scorch the Earth, the more valuable Canadas resources become.

Besides, we all know how Trump feels about oil resources. It used to be to the victor belong the spoils, he said when asked about Iraq at the NBC Commander in Chief Forum, adding Now, there was no victor there, believe me. There was no victor. But I always said: Take the oil. How would President Trump feel, if he learned that Canada is second only to Saudi Arabia in its available oil reserves, and that its oil is less costly to produce than that of other suppliers?
Would President Trump wait for a pipeline? No. Waiting for a safe and legal pipeline takes too much time. Annexations for oil resources are much simpler. Just ask Ukraine. Given Trumps connections to Putin via ex-adviser Paul Manafort, and his pro-Kremlin foreign policy positions, its not a daring leap of imagination to consider that Trump might put Putins tactics to use regarding Canada.
So, what would Canada do in the event of an invasion?

I can easily imagine an army of alien trespassers fleeing to Canada to avoid deportation from the United States and to exploit the natural resources of Canadian citizenss.
The French are a far bigger threat to Canada than the Americans. Besides, the Canadians are still slaves to the British crown (although they won’t admit it).
We will see an independent Quebec before we ever see a truly independent Canada.
Years ago, maybe 40, you could get Canadian bacon in a can. It was in a round can that opened like a Spam can. It was the encrusted in paraffin paper oozing with grease. It did not taste like bacon here in the US.
Another side note: We went to Canada about 8 years ago. Stopped at McDonalds for breakfast. I always get a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I have no idea what kind of sausage it was, but I don’t think it came out of a pig.
I can't help it, I like Canadians. I try to avoid the socialists but what a nice bunch of people.
I’ll just have to drink their crappy blended whiskeys.
Eat Canadian bacon and drink maple syrup?
I’ll have the beer on ice and the back bacon on the barbeque, hope you guys like Moosehead.
If you fail to get the irony and want to insult your Northern neighbours and friends remember this....our streets and cities are clean and safe ..our murder rate is less than half yours, the average American shoulders three times the per capita federal debt and we dwell in relative harmony with each other...but most of all we hate our politicians and do not have live with an Obama in the Whitehouse, and a Clinton lurking in the wings...do not confuse humility with low self esteem or you might get smacked in the kisser with a hockey stick...
potential loss of globalism is really making people angry out there
I guaranty it would be an act of Love by America. You people are oppressed by bull $h1t.
Tim Hortons is already owned by Burger King. If it takes 48 hours to get from NY Ontario border to Ottawa your taking a very long scenic route. Usual driving time is about 1 hour.
