Whoa. According to CNN contributor Hugh Hewitt, (no friend of Donald Trump) the Obama Justice Department denied the FBI’s request for a grand jury pertaining to an investigation into the Clinton Foundation:
Might this be why Barack Obama was playing so nice with FBI Director James Comey today, declaring Comey wasn’t doing anything wrong in updating Congress on new evidence pertaining to the ongoing Clinton investigation despite other Democrats crying foul at that update coming so close to Election Day?
Certainly the Obama White House would have had input into the DOJ’s decision to shut down the FBI’s grand jury request, thus adding yet another significant layer of government collusion into what is already a sordid, (even by Clinton standards) mess of backroom political dealing.

Mr. Trump will not be shy about testing that power regarding pardons that seem illegitimate. Ford pardoned Nixon, but nobody was getting ready to attempt to prosecute him for anything, so the question arose whether it was even really a pardon at all.

I read that the NY prosecutor declined to empanel and then the Lynch said no more, he wasn’t to go prosecutor shopping.

No, I’d heard this too. What is unclear by HH’s tweet is: are we talking about Lynch blocking the previous investigation - or this NEW investigation? If it is the previous, then yes this is old news.
However, if LL is blocking this NEW investigation, then we are talking about a serious constitutional crisis - expect fireworks...
Then when they're uncovered... (not saying this person is one of ‘em but we do have them working here) they are NOT ONLY BOOTED OFF THIS PRIVATE SITE, BUT THEY AND THE DEMOCRAT GROUP BEHIND THEM ARE SUED.
Now, in all fairness it is the SecState’s JOB to travel around the world much of the time, it seems to me to be a grueling, thankless job that pols usually seem to use as a stepping stone or a swan song. Ugh. Much better to be an ambassador to somewhere nice.

There are good people at the FBI AND good people at Justice... ALL OF THE GOOD PEOPLE NEED TO STAY IN THEIR JOBS AND NOT RESIGN IN PROTEST.
YES, there might be a constitutional crisis... but honest public servants have the tools and laws to win against the lowlife criminals. The press is starting to come around to the fact they've been played for fools... so 'leaks' will become part of our arsenal. Have faith...
