I can envision a scenario that has Comey addressing the media on Wednesday, saying "We have looked at the emails that were of concern and found that there's nothing to investigate. Case Closed".

I think that is quite possible. But.... I also think that by Weds We could be seeing the second drop of the missing 33K emails. That would present another massive problem both for Hillary and the FBI.
