I don't think that is Huma. I think it is Heba, her sister.

Muslim Brotherhood grandma and sister Heba seem to be living there with Weiner, taking care of the tiniest Weiner.

Huma is probably needed with Hillary.

Heh. I had a client named Heba. She was adamant one was NOT to call her ‘Hee-ba.’ Had to be ‘Heh-ba.’
