If there are classified government documents on that computer, then it automatically becomes government property.

What we are seeing is the FBI trying to get permission from the various intelligence agencies to view “above Top Secret” compartmentalized information too sensitive for them to view on their own

What if it is a device that was shared with Anthony Weiner, and the "above Top Secret" emails were co-mingled with explicit emails between Anthony and teenaged girls, making it "kiddie pr0n" ?

The mingling making it utterly impossible for Huma to deny knowledge of them.
