With the DOJ refusing a warrant Comey doesn’t have to do anything. Hillary can demand anything she likes, the NYPD has the evidence and whether they like her or not (and they don’t), no warrant, no lappy.

The innuendo is in her own head. All Comey says is that he’s got some more evidence in the case and it’s under investigation again. Now we do have a pretty fair idea of what it’s going to be, thanks to Wikileaks, and it isn’t “nothing.” But it’s unlikely to be actually of a different kind than what Comey already knew about.
