HilLIARy, claimed she wanted to carry only one device when the State Department wanted to issue one of their own specialized secure Blackberries. She refused to accept their secure Blackberry preferring her own. But later it was revealed she not only had her Blackberry but also had an iPhone and an iPad. That's three devices.
She also claimed she couldn't have more than one email address on her device. . . But that is patently false. Blackberries, iPhones, and iPads can all handle multiple email addresses from multiple and SECURE email sources. Right now, the iPhones and iPads are the most secure as the data on them is encrypted by default to the 256bit Advanced Encryption Standard using a very complex encryption key would take 5.62 undecillion years (that's 5.52 times 10195 years) using the best super computer we now have to crack using brute force. None of the other mobile phones do that by default, or do it in hardware.
During HilLIARy's tenure as Secratary of State, she went through THIRTEEN Blackberry phones. . . Only two of which were destroyed by the means of smashing them with hammers (per testimony) but the others were somehow lost by HilLIARy with an unknown number of emails still on them.
HilLIARy refused to use any of the State Department's secure terminals to send or receive documents because, it was testified to, she did not know how to use a computer, only knowing how to use her Blackberry. Therefore the ONLY way she could conduct her necessary duties as Secretary of State was for someone to copy secure and classified up to and beyond Top Secret documents, remove their classified markings, then move them to a non-secure server in the open-net and email them to her Blackberry so she could read them and respond! She then often forwarded these "sanitized" but STILL classified documents to people who were NOT CLEARED to receive, much less see or read them, often people outside of government or even our nation, from her Blackberry! Sometimes these were members of the Clinton Foundation or the Clinton Global Initiative who had made "donations" to receive insider access or information.
Somehow, Director Comey could not find any intent to handle Top Secret and Classified data negligently in all of these steps . . . But of course the law governing this does not REQUIRE intent for a criminal act or punishment, only that the person behind it be negligent. But I see lots of intent. . . Such as an intent of avoiding leaving a trail of her emails behind.
