I dont have a key to a closet in the house now for years. I can’t get the hinges loose to remove the door.
Any ideas?

Lost a key?
Step 1: Remove doorknob to access, remove and replace latch/lock mechanism.
If you can’t get the knob off with this “gentle” approach, I’d suggest a pipe wrench to just twist the thing off.
....easy way or the hard way, take your pick.
