Did Weiner have some kind of control of the relevant electronic device(s) that the FBI found the emails on? He could possible be facing 15 years in federal prison as a child predator.
Maybe he knew what he had and used it as a bargaining chip?

I think that is what Trey Gowdy wanted to know. Just subpoena the computers, don't offer them easy get of of jail free cards.

Not only that, but he has a child he probably wants to see once in a while. He has nothing to lose by turning over her emails.

I wonder if huma had emails from the Muslim brotherhood. I know that’s not what the investigation is about but I have no doubts the influence over her.

The only way this is possible is if members of the FBI are rebelling against Comey and Obama. They would have charged her the first time if they wanted to. Drudge had on his page before this that the FBI questioned Angelina Jolie for 4 hours, but Hillary for only 3 or 3 and a half hours.

You are very unlikely to get much of sentence for dirty talk with a 15-year-old-girl. Those who are not famous, or wanted by the police for some other reason, can usually plead to a misdemeanor and get probation. They’ll tell the man not to do it again, tell the girl to find a boyfriend her own age, and that’s that.
