Yesterdays significant example was in Butler County Ohio where requests for republican ballots have increased by a whopping 40% over 2012. Today, another VERY significant indication surfaces -albeit quietly- Minnesotas deep blue CD-8.
Trump thumbs upMINNESOTA The eighth Congressional District of Minnesota is a working class area in Eastern Minnesota. It has voted for a Democrat in the last four Presidential elections. It has a Democrat Congressman and will likely be the most expensive Congressional race this year.
Usually, a Democrat Presidential candidate would win. But a recent poll held a shock:
Trump is beating Hillary by 12 points: Our poll shows Republican Donald Trump with a 12-point lead over Clinton, 47 percent to 35 percent Trump is winning with women: leading Clinton 41 percent to 39 percent.
Dems are crossing over: the number of Democrats dropped from 34 percent in 2014 to 27 percent in 2016. The number of independents jumped from 31 percent two years ago to 41 percent this year. (keep reading) And signs of the Monster Votes doesnt stop there.

There is a glaring lie in this story that makes me suspicious of the entire piece.
In Ohio, absentee ballots are NOT MARKED WITH PARTY AFFILIATION. There is NO WAY to tell if a ballot is from a Democrat or Republican. The comment about the number of “Republican” ballots received is a lie.
Ping! Thinking of you. Praying for your state to turn red :)
Doesn’t Clintoon remind you of Kim Jong Il whose sycophants claimed he made 11 holes-in-one in one golf game?
He believes her own BS and demands they tell her things like her 30 person turnouts are giving her leads in the polls.
Unlike other states, Ohio does not register a persons party affiliation when they vote early (but does record which primary they voted in last time.)
McDonald conducted a geographic analysis of the early voting results instead, and he found that mail early ballot requests are down in Democratic strongholds but up elsewhere, which bodes well for Trump.
Republicans restricted the number of early voting days in Ohio, leading to a massive drop overall since 2012, said CNN, and Democrats have a slight lead in the early balloting, but their lead is smaller than in 2012. Obama won Ohio by about 3 points in 2012.
Polling trends show the race in the margin for error in Ohio.
Trump leads by an average 1.1 percent in Ohio polling averages.

MN CD8 is the Arrowhead region of MN, i.e. the Duluth region. It has historically been a labor union dominated area. Lots of mining and longshoreman live up there.
Socially conservative, yet DFL loyal, it is now trending GOP. The environmental lobby now dominates the Democrats in MN, causing the voters in CD8 to be dismissed and ignored by the Dems. This is much like what is happening n West Virginia. Recently our idiot governor vetoed a bill that had passed the GOP controlled House and the DFL controlled Senate (the Dems from the Iron Range in CD8 voted for the bill) which allowed new mining of copper and nickel in the arrowhead region. It would have opened up numerous jobs in an area that is job-poor and in a depression. Gov. Dayton is owned by the enviromentalists. The populace is uprising against their Dimwit Dems.
Six years ago they ousted long-term congressman Jim Oberstar as a protest. Now the current Dem Rep. Rick Nolan is in danger of losing his seat to Steward Mills.
Minnesota isn’t really the story here. If Trump can beat Clinton in a heavily Democratic district like MN-8, then he may be attracting enormous numbers of cross-over votes among white Democrats in other battleground states.
HI WNeighbor, no matter who turns out to vote on election day we there will remain deep pockets of Red. I hope you and your husband are having a great Texas fall! It is good to see you on the board.
the MN CD8 would vote for anyone with a D after their name..
