Washington (CNN)The Democratic National Committee is suing the Republican National Committee for aiding GOP nominee Donald Trump as he argues that the presidential election is "rigged," claiming that Trump's argument is designed to suppress the vote in minority communities.
The suit, filed Wednesday in US District Court in New Jersey, argues that the RNC has not sufficiently rebuked Trump for the line of attack, which he has used as a rallying cry and is assumed to be a way to explain away a potential loss on Election Day.

Do they really want to open themselves up to discovery?
claiming that Trumps argument is designed to suppress the vote in minority communities.
Trump desires the minority vote! Idiots.
This is the left’s attempt to spin everything as discrimination/racism.
Right up there with no criminal background checks for employment or rentals.
“Your honor, I present the O’Keefe videos as Defendant’s Exhibit 1, and the defense rests. There is no more need to waste the court’s time with this frivolous lawsuit as they have admitted in their own words that it is an insanely bad lawsuit.”
It is rigged. Two and a half dead people on the roles, millions registered in multiple states, videos showing the dems arranging massive multiple voting schemes, voting machines forced to go to paper ballots, machines show dem votes when republican is voted....these people are part of the cabal.
This election is rigged. Everyone needs to be watching for irregularities in their own precincts.
The Dem machine is concerned that they’ll only get 110% of the minority precincts’ registered voters, instead of the usual 130%.
What a completely specious argument for the Dems to make.
Finally. Glad Trump is the one to shine a light on this BS “Consent Decree” the democrats’ free pass to commit voter fraud.
Yeah, let’s go there, Dems!
“There is consent decree from a left-wing NJ judge that the RNC agreed to in 1982, which precludes Republicans from trying to prevent voting fraud (its racist, dont you know).”
Impossible. RNC members of congress cannot be precluded from taking on voter fraud because congress is sovereign.
As the "rigged complaints" and "bad optics" for Grannie Benghazi continue to pile up.
If Trump just points to the facts involving how it was rigged against Bernie Sanders he will make his point and divide the opposition.
Go ahead. Open that can of worms.
Simply put, to give the RNC something to roll over about.
And, like Bush later, for all the coals they heaped upon his head, he was never all that damn conservative in the first place.
The dems are terrified it'll intimidate their supporters into voting only once.
“stating that the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee are working very very closely with state governments and secretaries of states all over the country to ensure ballot integrity. 8-3 Replay: Pence Denver Rally Town Hall, TrumpTube.tv, http://trumptube.tv/donald-trump-rally-speech-video/video/pence-live-stream-town-hall-8-3-16/, at 16:22-37 (last accessed Oct. 26, 2016). Following the third presidential debate, Trumps campaign manager told a reporter that the campaign was working to combat purported voter fraud by actively working with the national committee, the official party, and campaign lawyers to monitor precincts around the country. These efforts are directly funded by the RNC through its joint fundraising committee established to elect Republicans up and down the ballot,”
They have a problem with that! Of course they do. They are terrified of getting found out. And that part that follows only indicates that the Judge who supposedly tied the RNC’s hands is part of the corruption. It is just hard to Imagine that the DNC obtained a decree that the other side can’t monitor the election.
Publicity purposes only. Will be pulled when the election is over because discovery would be so damaging to the Demos and Clinton.
They have no basis for a suit.
I would say that you can’t sue someone just because they said something you don’t like, but then again, this is the USA today.
