My daughter and hubby make that. They have a home in upstate NY, a summer home in Cape Cod....which they rent except for 6 weeks and a 100 acre camp in the Southern tier in NY. They are in their early 50's.

People want different things. These are all investments.

Well we do have a 40 ft sailboat for a vacation home. :)
But our home home we’ve been in 20 years and paid $125K for. We also drive nice cars and have enough money to do more or less whatever we want. We do have property in Hawaii I’d like to build on. Don’t really need a million dollar home. Lol
