I know they dont screw with votes because I live in a heavy leftist area and Justin Amash (one of the most conservative guys there) is my congressman.
If they were really trying to cheat, he would not keep winning by such a large margin.

The Reps should take one of the machines and have it examined forensically by computer experts. It should be an open, transparent process to ensure that voter confidence can be restored.
I had not seen this video, though it does not surprise me. Question, when was this made and has anything been done as a result? That was an election official so was any action taken?

And you have no idea if your screen presses actually did anything meaningful or if the ‘credit card’ simply recorded a vote for a preprogrammed candidate.
Last election I voted, when I inserted the card, the machine announced ‘this vote has been cancelled’. I never could get the assistant to properly explain what had happened. Decided then and there my vote didn’t count anymore.
Civilized countries do NOT use electronic voting machines. Not if they want to stay civilized.
You have no idea what the voting machine does with your ‘vote’ after you press the ‘cast ballot’ prompt.

Please see #24. This is the way I’ve voted for years now. I just do not trust these voting machines.
So can someone not be called in immediately to stop the use of these machines and investigate as to why they are (obviously) programmed this way?
Seems to me just warning people to check their ballots is a week response.....the machines have been tampered with and they need to be removed and charges filed.
How can nothing more serious be done over such fraud?!
First report I read was from Harris County. Now vote fraud being reported in El Paso, Amarillo, and essentially all over Texas. Just imagine what is going on or will take place in NYC, StL., Chiraq,etc.
It is after your vote is “submitted” that the fraud takes place. You, nor anyone else, sees that your vote was changed.
Once upon a time, our e-voting machines contained a paper component. A spool of paper not unlike a cash register tape. When you pressed the ‘cast your ballot’ you could open a little window and watch your ‘ballot’ be printed on the cash register tape.
Starting with the first McDaniel primary in ‘14, we haven’t seen those paper rolls since...Now we just press the ‘cast your ballot’ and hope our vote really mattered.
Just like in a banana republic.
The problem with that is that if you can unquestionably PROVE that your vote was counted a particular way, you could in theory sell your vote.
If you think the busing and organizing and enticements to vote in the inner city communities are bad now, imagine what would happen if they could trade in their straight ticket Democrat vote "receipt" for a gallon of wine or a carton of cigarettes on November 9th. How about a $50 bonus from your union hall when you bring in your straight Democrat ticket vote verification? The party that could afford the most bribe money would win every election from then on.
Is this what people were trying to tell us that Seth Rich was aware of?
Just because you mark it and just because you see a review of your vote before you submit does not mean the vote-counting logic in the program counts it the way you filled it out. Software can be changed to automatically count a vote a certain way.
So, if the software used to tabulate the votes is programmed to count every 10th vote as Democrat regardless of how it’s marked, then that is what it will do. Right?
So, where’s the FBI on all of this? We ahve under cover video claiming there’s fraud, admiting there is fraud occuring, and now we’re learning of “situations” in multiple States. Why aren’t we hearing the FBI or other gummint agencies coming out saying that they’re investigating and reassuring the public that all is well????
