Just before midnight Saturday, Tom Hanks put on a denim shirt, a goatee and a red MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN hat, and in six minutes pulled off the best political sketch of the year and it didnt even feature Kate McKinnon or Alec Baldwin as Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

Alex, I will take “Menthol Cigarettes” for $500.

Saw it and loved it. I don’t even believe the SNL writers understand that what they wrote is actually good for DJT with the AA audience that watched it!

SNL does comedy skits that do not attack Donald Trump directly?
They have not shown balance, so I have opted not to view the show.

Baldwin is an ass unconviningly trying to make an ass out of DT. Falls flat. Hanks nailed Chris Wallace and that last skit was lol.

I once saw an interview with one of the head writers of SNL, and I was impressed. He said that the main reason that most of the political jokes go against Republicans, was because "Democrats can't take a joke". He said Republicans can laugh at their politicians, but Democrats just get mad.

IIRC Dave Chapelle did something along those lines.

Dave Chapelle had the balls to walk away from serious cash because he would lose creative control. He is the best contemporary American black dude doing comedy...The best is the blind black guy being head of the white supremacist movement done in a documentary style...seek it out freepers..it is wild funny. Put’s this skit to shame ..Chapelle’s is timeless.

Chapelle did some great stuff. The skit about the black white supremacist was great. My two favorites are “The Niggar Family” and “Wayne Brady”.”Rick James” was pretty good too.

Didn’t even crack a smile.
Nothing remotely funny to me about presenting Trump supporters as dumb white rednecks who shop at Walmart and only like fat women.

That was great!
I don’t think your typical liberal media creature will like it or agree with it though. Does not fit the narrative.
