I’m not even convinced it was a terrorist. They claimed there was no Navy presence in the area. We later found out that there had been exercises in that area. I’m not sure what happened, but I am sure what we were told was closer to a cartoon than fact. The CIA video didn’t help. It was laughable.
Trust me. 2 brothers who were NY detectives. One talked to an FBI diver. They said it was a missle.
The other saw a fax that came into the precinct. Be on the look out for a stolen boat that a missle could be launched from.
