You're right. No Hillary supporter will instead vote for Trump, because of this video. But that is not the objective.
The primary objective is to motivate some Trump-leaning people who otherwise would have stayed home, into showing up and voting for Trump. Its secondary objective is to maybe demoralize some Hillary-supporting people into staying home.

It’s not illegal. But the point is she is conspiring to send Democrat Brownshirts to OUR rallies and inciting violence at them. Are Democrats inviting us to HER rallies? Slippery and dangerous slope here given the Democrats proven penchant for organized political violence.

The only thing to come of this is maybe it will force Cruz to apologize for blaming Trump for the violence at Trump rallies.
The media and those who count the votes know all about Bill and Hillary. And they more than likely know a hell of a lot more than we know. I don’t believe there is ANYTHING that will make the media turn on her. She is the one they worship.

PACs and the Campaign are not allowed to coordinate by law. O’Keefe sums it up at the end there are 3 legs: payment, message, and coordination. He clearly shows all 3 legs were there as payment for the activity and placement of the message came from the PAC and development of the message and pass off to the PAC with followup coordination after hand off came from the campaign.
NYT is also noted in the video as having written 2 stories specifically highlighting that it was DNC running the ducks and then the second story stating DNC had passed it over to the PAC to run. Video indicates that behind the scenes coordination was still coming from the DNC.
