"I think you are playing gotcha, but in order to make your game work you have to ascribe foolish beliefs to others." Again, Me asking question:How did Romney get nominated? Your Response: I think many of us voted for Romney. The other choice was Obama. You think I believe many people are as clueless as you seem to be on the matter, because I point out how YOU answered. When it is your statement that indicates such being you answered the question posed. If you weren't answering the question posed then you engaged in non sequitur. Which is it?

That’s it in a nutshell, Gideon. GMTA -—I’ve been saying that for weeks. So, I say, keep promulgating these synthetic numbers about how far ahead HRC is in how many states...they are going to wake up on election day and find a much closer vote and/or a Trump victory. Her entire campaign has been built around demonizing Trump to the exclusion of crowing about ANY of her accomplishments—therefore any “enthusiasm” about her is nothing more than the dutiful kool-aid drinking of her supporters about how bad Trump is, and what he could portend for “the future of America”. That DOES NOT translate into votes for her. A very shaky “enthusiasm” indeed.

Intelligent women will realize that Trump stories are fantasies of the accusers, or they are women scorned, and NONE of them filed a complaint with police after the alleged incidents. Keep in mind many kept up good relations with Trump, one even invited him to visit her restaurant this year.
Dumb women are hard to predict what they will do.

IIRC Floriduh went for Romney in the 2012 Republican Primary. But I am told most of Florida's Republican women voters are well-informed. So did most of the Florida Republican Women vote against Romney in the Primary?
As I said earlier in the thread "grain of salt" time.

Very good thinking you two! I can say that because it jives with my own thinking, haha. I actually prefer that Trump be slightly behind than comfortably ahead 1-3 weeks before election day. I have attended a Trump rally in person, and I am sure 99% of those attendees will go out and vote.
Also noteworthy is the fact Reagan was many points behind Carter in polls at this stage in 1980.

I just went and early voted for Trump here in Florida. GO TRUMP GO! Well, where are you from and what was your experience? Any other positive signs? How long did you have to wait? Did you see anyone wearing red, by any chance?
I'm voting absentee and I'm from Broward County.

We dropped off our mail-in ballots on Friday morning at the Pinellas county elections office. They had the voting box right there in the lobby, being watched by an employee. Business was brisk ... several people came in with their ballots at the same time. I told the elections lady that I didn't trust anyone any more ... especially not the post office ... to make sure my ballot got to the elections office. She laughed and said lots of people expressed the same sentiment as they brought in their ballots.
I only hope this anecdotal evidence means lots of Trump voters are not only enthusiastic, but are doing everything they can to make sure their ballot doesn't get overlooked.

Ok, someone help me out here. If this article is correct, why did this guy tweet this afterwards: Adam Smith ✔@adamsmithtimes 1.2 mil Floridians have voted by mail: 504k Reps, 483k Dems, 220k others. GOP had 5 point mail advantage at this point in 12. Today, 1.7 8:45 AM - 24 Oct 2016 He is saying that we are doing worse than Romney at this point in Florida. Remember, we lost with Romney and he had a 5 point Mail in advantage. We only have a 1.7 point advantage now.
