I certainly don’t think Hillary is campaigning as though she has won already; she seems to know she may lose.
As one talking head put it, her main problem is that people want change and whatever else is swirling around both of them, she is simply not the “candidate of change”.
she is not doing rallies, because her health won;t allow her to do it.
