Typical network news report on the election
I'm listening to the radio top of the hour news. ABC news. First story is about Trump.
Frank Lutz says Trump should be polling better at this time and would be if he'd appealed to disaffected independents.
That was the Trump report. Next up was the Hillary report.
A new batch of Wikileaks is out about how in 2015 her campaign was discussing how to address the e-mail scandal. The main anchor says, "more from our reporter".
They cut to her and I am thinking that the more detailed follow-up by the reporter will say what the campaign was discussing. But, no. Not at all.
Reporter follows up saying nothing about the content of the Clinton Camp's discussion, but says, "it doesn't look like this latest release has harmed Hillary Clinton's campaign". That was it.
So, how is it supposed to harm (or help for that matter) her campaign if they don't say what it is that was revealed in the Wikileaks documents?
Yes. They focus on the horse race. While also trying to affect it.
Note in this report I just heard they did mention Wikileaks.
But of course the message was that it didn’t harm Hilary.
We can at least read between the lines on social media and make an educated guess if it is truth....I don’t need a tarted up bimbo or eyeliner Shep to tell me what to think.
TRUMP DOGGED BY ALLEGATIONS AS CLINTON VOWS 600% TAX INCREASES, SHUTDOWN OF INTERNET AND SHARIA LAW
I turn off radio news at the top and bottom of the hour now. In fact, just did that at 3pm central time. No need to hear lies, on TV or radio.
Some network news are okay. It depends on the journalist.
I'm wrong in seeing the value of monitoring enemy communications.
Yeah, OK.
The enemy is the dem party, the media are useful idiots.
Yep.. and it profits us nothing to hear what they say and learn what to expect.
Sorry, bud.. it ain't so.
We monitor their comm.. it's regulations.
ABC news ran an anti Trump Clinton commercial as “news “ on prime time Friday. If I never watch ABC news again it will be to soon.
