Donald Trump is laying out delivered a long list of things he would do if elected president. During an appearance in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, he vows to act on them in the first 100 days in office.
On November Eighth, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our country, secure our communities, and honesty to our government, Trump says. This is my pledge to you and if we follow these steps we will once more have a government of, by and for the people and importantly we will make America great again. Believe me.
Here is the list of the Contract with the American Voter policies detailed by Trump:
1.Propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress
2.Institute a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health)
3.Require for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated.
4.Institute a five year-ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service
5.Create a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government.
6.Institute a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.
7.Announce intention to renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205.
8.Announce withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
9.Direct Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator.
10.Direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses immediately.

29. All congresscriters use the same medical coverage as citizens.
30. All pay raises for US congresscriters must be established via a national vote of registered voters.
31. No person having a felony record shall work as a government employee.
Heck, even getting a quarter of these would put us in a far better position.
Yes to everything Trump said. It doesn’t go far enough, but its a start. Of course all those extraneous government employees won’t like it. When does deportation and the wall start???
That will never happen because she will nerver win.
32. No person deriving more than half his income from government benefits shall vote.
I like that, but I wish it was stronger. For every new federal regulation proposed, first 5 must be eliminated before the new regulation can be implemented.
Is that part of his speech available with just Trump ?
The music and all the video distracts and waters down the impact of his words.

What? No senior REMF military personnel? For them the gravy train keeps running?
Good ideas but also in reality Trump is ahead as is and plus look for political ads to come out as well to help get out the vote.
Thank you, that was one of his best speeches.
I was hoping someone had the short excerpt.
Still, it’s great.
I’m thinking the wall first. Otherwise it’s like trying to bail out a flooded basement with a colander.
But notice: “establishes a 2-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations”.
So, there it is. No more US Justus dept. `Wheel of Fortune’. Feel free to try again, but if you’re caught you’re going to prison. Sheriff Joe may be busy pitching tent cities. Good, good, it’s all good.
Thanks for that note exDemMom.
Noting that I will gladly Vote Trump, please consider the following.
By public welfare, are you referring the General Welfare term which is in the Preamble to the Constitution, and also the General Welfare Clause (GWC; 1.8.1)? If so, then the problem with the GWC is the following.
While the clause might be interpreted as an express delegation of power to Congress, James Madison, Madison generally regarded as the father of the Constitution, had officially clarified that the clause was not an express delegation of power. He had explained that it was only an introductory clause for the clauses which followed it in Section 8 which are express delegations of power.
To refer the power in question to the clause "to provide for common defense and general welfare" would be contrary to the established and consistent rules of interpretation, as rendering the special and careful enumeration of powers which follow the clause nugatory and improper. Such a view of the Constitution would have the effect of giving to Congress a general power of legislation instead of the defined and limited one hitherto understood to belong to them, the terms "common defense and general welfare" embracing every object and act within the purview of a legislative trust. James Madison, Veto of federal public works bill, 1817
Madison essentially indicated in his veto letter to the 14th Congress concerning the public works bill that roads and canals for defense and commerce would have to be enumerated in Section 8 in order for him to sign the bill into law. But the only kind of road listed in Section 8 is postal roads (1.8.7).
Regarding Trumps concern for public safety for example, he needs to consider that the states limited the federal governments enumerated power concerning protecting public safety to rebellions and invasions.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 2: The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety [emphasis added] may require it.
And regarding Trumps mention of public health, a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the GWC not a free pass, to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate healthcare purposes.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]. Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
So not only did activist justices wrongly ignore Supreme Court case precedent concerning Obamacare, but if Trump wants the feds to continue to be in the INTRAstate healthcare business, then he needs to lead the states to amend a healthcare amendment to the Constitution, a major step to establishing Obamacare which corrupt Congress wrongly ignored.
Otherwise, Trump needs to kill Obamacare and let the states start their own, 10th Amendment protected healthcare programs.
Same challenge with Social Security.
I like your confidence, but I just strolled through my local cemetery. This is a democrat controlled district, and it looked to me like Hillary had 100% support from all of those reliable voters. Trump's support from living voters is not enough unless they all show up to vote and also stop illegal, dead, and fictional voters from flooding the ballot box.
You can say that again!
Now that Mr. Trump has put out his positions paper today, it will put a big dent in the fraud votes. Hillary has no such positions. Done deal.
