Young was the earliest inspiration for Obama’s Obamacare in terms of its’ goal for a universal healthcare one payer system, long before Creamer, Gruber, Ezekiel Emanual or other Marxist cretins came along.

Young was also involved in the CPUSA/SWP created and dominated National Mobilization Committee to End the War in Vietnam, 1969.

Just thought I’d add my two cents in, since I’m probably one of the few Freepers to have met Young, Saul Alinsky, I.F. Stone (CPUSA/KGB), and Whitaker Chambers (former Soviet spy). All had nice big smiles, a cheerful, pleasant persona, and lied through their teeth like Hillary Clinton ad Barack Obama combined. You just had to be there to understand how they duped so many Americans into believing that they were anything but hardcore Communists and servants of the Soviet Union.

However Chambers became disillusioned with communism while originally helping Alger Hiss, and intellectually defected. He went to Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Isaac Don Levine (another acquaintance of mine) who then took him to A .A. Berle in the White House to tell his story. There is a possibility that when Berle told Chamber’s story to FDR key advisor Harry Hopkins (later a suspected Soviet operative), that Hopkins kept the information from Roosevelt (at least for a long time).

It pays to be an old codger like me because I was able to actually meet and talk to many of these key people in American history (esp. of espionage and subversion). Reading a book about a person is one thing. Actually talking to them is a whole new ballgame. It gives you an upfront and personal view. As I wrote on my notes about Saul Alinsky, in large letters in the margin, “Sleazy”.
I.F. Stone was “grinning like a Cheshire cat”, and Herbet Aptheker (theoretician of the CPUSA) was just a lying little bastard which the audience understood after I asked him about the Hungarian Revolution and the right of the Hungarian people to “determine their own future”.

Wow! Thanks for all that. And this bastard (Quentin Young) was just ONE of a long list of such deplorables in Obama’s life. Yet of course NONE of it (on Quentin Young), or what I posted above on same, ever managed to catch the eye of the popular snooze media, including Sean Hannity, who never even once, as far as I’m aware, mentioned that Bill Ayers was a revolutionary communist, and part of a broader revolutionary communist movement that included the Black Panthers and Black Liberation Army. BTW, that’s “Black Liberation” as in ‘Reverend’ Wright’s “Black Liberation Theology”. As we know Obama sat in that ‘church’ for 20+ years of his life and only stopped going when it was exposed.

Yeah, he was all smiles and polite (Quentin Young), yet the evil crazy SOB was a supporter of mass murderer Joesph Stalin! What was it, something like 20 million people murdered at his orders, including a couple million starved to death in...the Ukraine, of which KGB Putin re-invaded just a few short years ago.
