If this was wikileaks, this could be a warning shot — it can escalate to a ‘fire sale’.
However, Obama would love to set up wikileaks. Make them the scapegoat when he disrupts communication.
If Obama demanded control of the WikiLeaks account for reasons of national security it would no doubt be granted by Twitter...then Obama would falsely message from the WikiLeaks account for any number of reasons. To discredit, implicate...potentially draw out conspirators.
