Against the law, right? What are the penalties?
This is totally illegal, and there is plenty of intent and proof in these emails. String them up! If Trump did this, he would be in cuffs.

Based on what we’re seeing these days (violations of Espionage law, probably treason, exposing nuclear response times, pay to play, trying to quid pro quo with FBI, etc.) NONE if you’re a Democrat.
I guess Podesta needs to resign now too, yes?
Almost all of our Republican Congress men are lawyers who are experts in the law. Have you heard of any demands for prosecution or even investigation?
Comey will say they couldn’t prove intent...
Strangely enough there is a huge difference between knowing the law and following the law.
I’d really like to know what his definition of “intent” is ..... I suspect it’s sort of like Slick’s statement “depends on what the definition of ‘is’ is”.
An old friend of mine (just died in June - wonderful guy) said to me once, as I was lying in a pile of leaves after slipping on an ice covered log while doing some trail maintenance, “slicker than eel snot, isn’t it?” He had a real way with words. I think Slick & Comey have been taking eel snot showers together (eeeeuuuuwwwww!).
[RIP, Bob my friend]
The Republican and Democrat parties are working together to serve the global elites and screw the average American voter.
They are concerned only about POWER. They say what they say to get elected, get to Washington, and play the game.
There’s no difference between R or D these days. Trump has fully exposed the Washington/media cabal.
Romney, McCain, Ryan. These are our supposed ‘leaders’ who will stand up to corruption? They ARE the corruption.
We have the illusion of free elections.
As Wikileaks said yesterday, this election isn’t so much a free election as it is a display of the power elites consolidating that power.
Steyner?
That’s just itching for a “Downfall” Hitler Bunker movie parody.
“Almost all of our Republican Congress men are lawyers who are experts in the law. Have you heard of any demands for prosecution or even investigation?”
For at least the past 50 years most the practice of law has been primarily oriented toward helping the wealthy, the powerful, and the well connected avoid compliance with the laws they impose on the rest of the population. The remaining attorneys, working for government and political organizations, use the law to terrorize and punish citizens and groups that oppose them politically.
Podesta has nothing to fear as long as he serves his master well.
Lock Him Up!
Let us see how it goes. I am still under the illusion that the power elites will cheat as much as they can, but there are still limits to what they can achieve. If the election turns out to be a squeaker, then a new Florida2000 will not end up well, but a Monster Vote is more than they can handle.
But Trump must not only win, he must also be able to clean up the swamp if there are to be more free elections.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if Trump were to announce that he would take two days off from campaigning next week because he had to get together with various PAC and SuperPac bigwigs in order to strategize how the various groups would spend money in the final days of the campaign.
Just put it out there. “I’m planning to do this.”
Watch the media reaction. And then demand that Hillary’s team be prosecuted. And reveal that Trump never actually planned any sort of meeting.
Podesta was standing right behind Clinton at her scripted “press conference”.
Any questions for him?
I think you have your answer.
The devil knows every word in the bible.
not covering the wikileaks is not an affirmative decision to manipulate the election and an indefensible politition.
CNN had some buffoon from the Columbia school of journalism.
anyone with that schools degree should be humiliated and unemployable.
Lock him up!
