True, Trump probably didn't write the speech, but I'll bet he told the writer about once being a carpenter.

Trump honored the memory of his father, Fred Trump, in this speech...

Imagine the wisdom of Fred molding his son by taking the Donald to this event decades ago.  Fred also put his son to work in blue collar jobs for his company, and sent him off to military school too.  Then he famously loaned $1 million, which his son eventually converted into a $10 billion business.

But more than all the business wisdom that Fred imparted, he also sowed the seed of greatness in his son, a man who will soon become the next Father of our Country, and a savior of a our nation in peril.

We the People are deeply indebted to you, Fred Trump. Well done!
