Obama compared the Affordable Care Act as it exists today to a “starter home,” saying it was a good first step to reducing the U.S. uninsured rate. Under the law, the Department of Health and Human Services says 20 million people have gained insurance. But millions of people still do not have insurance, and among those who do, many face high out-of-pocket costs when they seek care.

On problem is, he sold it as the Taj Mahal, not a starter home.

It must be tough realizing you’re irrelevant.

Obama compared the Affordable Care Act as it exists today to a “starter home,”

"If you like your home, you can keep your home. Period." But it turned out they bulldozed the home we liked. And then they gave us a "starter home" that has a leaky roof, the plumbing is broken, the electoral doesn't work, and the payments are higher.

Then the very people who did that are promising us a wondrous replacement home called "public option". Methinks that "public option" will be to health care what "public option" has been to housing -- a healthcare slum.

20 million illegals gained insurance and 20 million US citizens lost their coverage. As planned.

That would be one lousy starter home. You got scammed and now you have to pay for a wreck of a house that is impossible to sell. It’s falling down to the ground. What a homeowner’s nightmare!
