Could Hillary's smile cost her the election? Twitter mocks Clinton's 'creepy grandma' grin as she smirks her way through presidential debate

Actually, I think the photos shown at the Daily Mail site are some of the more complimentary ones, despite the fact that they are not real smiles. She had smiling facial expressions last night that dripped with so much arrogance and superiority that my level of disgust doubled. And I did not think that was even possible. The expressions that irritate me the most are when she closes her eyes while she is speaking. I’m not talking about blinking. She does this thing where she closes them for a longer period. They are always at moments when she is showing her utter superiority.

It's a "rictus" Hillary wears, and likely another symptom of her Parkinson's. Difficult to change expressions, and eventually the face becomes a blank mask. Wait for it...won't be long in coming.
