A PURE LIE.
She is using a word meaning dodge. The deficit represents the fiscal year balance sheet which is smaller than in Obama’s first year. But debt is the accumulated money owed by the US to banks, nations, and individuals. That has doubled in the ladt 8 years. But most have no clue as to the diffrrence.
