I’m not seeing that frankly. They’d lie, cheat, hide and obfuscate her debilitated (or dead) enough to keep the 25th amendment from kicking in. There is no one on this planet that would want a 25th amendment Kaine in power. I’m pretty confident of that, at least.
Bill would be calling the shots, regardless, if HRC gets “elected.” She doesn’t have the brains or the stamina for the job, and doubt that Kaine does either.
