I actually don’t take the National Inquirer seriously, nor trust their stories much...but if it convinces those that do take it seriously to vote against Hillary I will not try to dissuade them....

I guess that you think the Enquirer scoop on VP candidate John Edwards was nothing? It was proven to be 100% accurate even though the MSN didn’t pick it up. We know why the MSN didn’t pick up the John Edwards story - it’ is because the MSM always runS interference for the Democrats.

Try to tell me I’m just full of beans.

Not trying to be an advocate on the NE, but that thinking is worthy of rethinking.

Just think about the following: The NE has a long, established reputation of being off-the-wall; or perhaps some other adjective you or I might prefer. Goofball, insane, etc etc.

The Washington Post and the NYTimes have long reputations as being snooty-scholarly and intellectually informed and the papers of record.

We now know, and see, and see every day, that the WaPo and the NYTimes are completely in the tank for HRC and the Dems, and even if you are quite aware of the NYTimes’ support for Unca Joey Stalin in Russia in the mid 30’s, what we are seeing here and now, right here today, is probably beyond anything you ever imagined in your most paranoid nightmares. It’s goner a hell of a lot farther than I ever thought was possible, this I will tell you. We are seeing near-North Korea or at least Maoist grade propaganda in what we formerly thought were actual newspapers. And that is provable, it isn’t my opinion.

So thinking that the NYTimes & WaPo, etc; are “reliable sources” is itself as goofball an idea as thinking the NE is the cosmic beacon of truth.

But the NE is NOT a paper that ever aspired to be the kind of “authority” paper the NYTimes & WaPo. It is (I think) privately owned. There are no NE reporters at presidential news conferences. At the same time, you would not hear the admin referring questions to the NE, wouldja?

If you had some juicy dirt on HRC or some other Dem, you’d probably know by now that if you took your story to the NYTimes or other lib outlet, it would go basically nowhere, right? You might even get a visit from some big dudes who ransack your place.

So IMO it’s not the most far fetched thing to imagine that the NE might well become the place for whistleblowers to go.
