The only way for force Congress to pass something against their own personal interests is for Trump to take it directly to the people, like Reagan did, then their constituents can pitch a fit to their various representatives.
That will be the way he will have to roll for the next 4 to 8 years with the enema-media, the E-GOP, E-DNC, & K-Street all against him.
