I am going to file a complaint with the NY Bar against him. He is clearly committing a conspiracy related charge.
He should be disbarred.
PS, as an attorney, I have know people that have been refused a license to practice law because they have a $300 cell phone bill from five years ago that was never paid. This guy is an illegal immigrant and he has the keys to the courthouse. What a sick nation.

Creamer is "almost" implicated. He seemed agreeable, and then told Foval he wouldn't "touch it with a 10-foot pole".
Foval claims that means that Creamer just wants to keep his hands clean. But, by throwing Foval under the bus, he does keep his hands clean.
This video is pretty bad, but only about half as bad as the first video. It doesn't have the visceral impact of linking Democrats to the violence at Trump's rallies.
It also looks like PVA folks are trying to entrap people, by proposing these voter fraud schemes. It's going to be difficult to make those charges stick to Creamer, even though it looks like he is the one pulling the strings.

Scott Foval COULD BE arrested for plotting voter fraud. It’s all on camera.. Hard evidence. He specifically discusses plotting voter fraud in Iowa, for example.
Time for Bob Creamer and Scott Foval to go for a morning stroll at 4am in Dc.
If O’Keefe is smart (he is), let’s see if the Dems jump all over this as a nothingburger. Lure them in, then have the next video be damning.
Kind of like what he did with the ACORN videos.

Right.. This one was of value for sure. But it needed some of that “We did that one” kind of admission that the first video had. That was why the first video was so powerful.

Indiana Investigating Possible Voter Fraud After Thousands of Names Changed
OMG. I now get it that they got them to talk because someone was posing as a representative of a donor who wanted to fund voter fraud.
This is scary beyond belief. Voter fraud apparently has been far more systematic over the last 50 years than anyone imagined.
