Creamer is "almost" implicated. He seemed agreeable, and then told Foval he wouldn't "touch it with a 10-foot pole".
Foval claims that means that Creamer just wants to keep his hands clean. But, by throwing Foval under the bus, he does keep his hands clean.
This video is pretty bad, but only about half as bad as the first video. It doesn't have the visceral impact of linking Democrats to the violence at Trump's rallies.
It also looks like PVA folks are trying to entrap people, by proposing these voter fraud schemes. It's going to be difficult to make those charges stick to Creamer, even though it looks like he is the one pulling the strings.
If O’Keefe is smart (he is), let’s see if the Dems jump all over this as a nothingburger. Lure them in, then have the next video be damning.
Kind of like what he did with the ACORN videos.
