Nobody is saying mind altering drugs. This goes to her health in the form of drugs for Parkinson's or whatever illness it is that she's hiding.

Clearly, levodopa is a mind altering drug. So are her seizures.
She is almost certainly on Levodopa and takes Apokyn injections for quick action to manage her dopamine levels to prevent seizures and maintain alertness when she is exposed in public.
When she had her neurological seizure on 9/11, you can see an empty Apokyn cartridge fall to the ground, dropped by someone around her responsible for injecting her. You can tell it was empty because we can see one black rubber stopper inside the cartridge near the right end; if it had been full we would see two black rubber stoppers near the right end.
You had to have missed the last congressional hearing she testified at. She was a worn down old hag, then they had the break. Everybody was sure she would have a breakdown during the 2nd half, but speculation started that she would be on drugs. Sure enough, She came back all bright, bubbly, and full a cackles.

A couple of weeks ago Howard Dean suggested that TRUMP was on drugs at the debate, but the MSM laid off of Dean.
