Trump says Hillary Clinton is getting "pumped up" for the debate then says they should have to take a "drug test" before the debate.
It's rhetorical humor.
He knows there is ZERO chance that she would accept such a thing.
But funny and brilliant move on his part to show that her health is bad and is being supported by a Hitler-esque drug cocktail.
Because asking for it implies that Hillary in the moderators are using drugs she is unfit to run the nation or disseminate truth because they are drug abusers.
It’s a form of accusation.

Yes, let’s have a drug test. Trump needs some good lawyers to negotiate the urine analysis, the hand over, the testing, etc.

Only losers make excuses like this. Hillary Clinton has nothing to do with you sniffling excessively while you answer questions, and has nothing to do with you speaking in incomplete sentences.
Grow up and act presidential, and you'll wipe the floor with her in the last debate. You got a good start on it in the second debate.

Oh geez this headline is delicious; I really did laugh out loud at the prospect!
I really do love this guy. There’s no one like him. And to think how many mealy-mouthed weaklings we’ve endured on the Republican side of the aisle before a real, un-PC fighter came along (and he’s entertaining too!).
The moderators should be tested also.

Trump talked about the drug test in his NH rally this morning.
Well, if I’ve learned anything about The Donald, it’s that he doesn’t say things without reason.
Seems to me if he puts something like this out there, it means there’s something coming up shortly which will make everyone say, “Oh! Trump was right! She is on some kind of performance enhancing uppers!”
He regularly is ahead of the curve.

Trump is a starting point to turn this country around from self destruction.
