A federal judge has dismissed a wrongful death lawsuit against Remington Arms by families of schoolchildren slain in the Sandy Hook massacre, citing a federal law that protects gun manufacturers from liability for criminal acts committed with their product.
Fox News:
State Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis granted a motion by Remington Arms to strike the lawsuit by the families of nine children and adults killed and a teacher who survived the Dec. 14, 2012, school attack, in which a gunman killed 20 first-graders and six educators with a Bushmaster AR-15-style rifle made by Remington.

A judge who follows the law? There’s a rare breed.
Proper ruling, always a welcome event.
The responsibility is completely with the mother of the psychopath.
She paid for her stupidity with her life.
Those people should now be subject to huge judgments for legal fees!! The suit was non meritorious and was in direct violation of law. This is a Rule 11 sanction case and heavy sanctions should hit the attornies very hard both monetary and banning further practice in Federal courts!! Remington must be made financially whole and receive payments that punish this gross abuse of our justice system!! Need motion for Sanctions filed today to teach that this shall not ever be done again.Great victory for our rights here. Its people — not GUNS!!!

So how is it that a “federal judge” is really a State Superior Court Judge? She can’t be both!
Next up - will someone try to sue God for creating rocks the next time someone has their skull bashed in with a rock?

That’s right. The scariest thing about that is there are more of them out there.
Mothers letting their little psychos collect knives and swords are just as dangerous. They are appeasing their kids instead of parenting.
I knew kids like that growing up, my former brother in law is an excellant example. He ended up getting shot while playing with one of his own guns.
Now, counter sue to set an example of “Don’t ever do that again.”
IF, I was going to by a AR-15, I’d by a Remington style AR-15 made by Bushmaster.
Especially in Ct
Wht kind of car did he drive there??/
What kind of tires??
What was he wearing so he wasn’t buck naked? Sue the clothing makers??
This is a good ending to a bad event.
by = buy
Well, duh! The school was a no-gun zone! What else could they have done?
