Wiley Coyote commits a serious crime in Texas. He hops in his car and hightails it to California. In California he goes to the Mexican consulate and tells them he’s Jose Emanez.
The Mexican consulate issues him an ID based on his word, and suddenly Wiley Coyote no longer exists.
Then “Jose Emanez” submits his Mexican matriculatar consular card as his ID when he wants California ID. Then California issues him an ID card with “Jose Emanez” on it.
This sailed right over your head. At the same time you fire off another insulting post to me.
