Don’t even think about reaching for a pint of Cherry Garcia, Chunky Monkey, Chubby Hubby, or Half Baked.
Why? Here’s the scoop: You likely know this already, but if you do buy some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream — you’re supporting one of the most liberal companies in the country.
Last week, the Vermonters declared their support for Black Lives Matter by posting a giant BLM logo on the company’s Facebook page and website, saying, “Choosing to be silent in the face of such injustice is not an option.”
The statement goes on to directly target police: “It’s been hard to watch the list of unarmed Black Americans killed by law enforcement officers grow longer and longer. We understand that numerous Black Americans and white Americans have profoundly different experiences and outcomes with law enforcement and the criminal justice system. That’s why it’s become clear to us at Ben & Jerry’s that we have a moral obligation to take a stand now for justice and for Black lives.”
In response, Blue Lives Matter is calling on all Americans to boycott all Ben & Jerry’s products and send a message to the company.

Easy. They were already boycotted for previous stupidity. They seem to step in it pretty often.

I have boycotted Ben and Jerry’s for decades. That company is in the same category as GM: dead to me - forever.
If you have not already been boycotting Ben and Jerry for years, there’s something seriously wrong with you.
Forgot to add: And there is much better ice cream out there.

If you are in business, selling a product, dont you want customers regardless of politics??? What do you have to gain by taking a liberal stand on a controversial social or political issue??? Do you only want liberals as customers?
They are commie hypocrites making big $$$ while hating the country. I’ve never had even a spoonful.

Done and done, I don’t really like their ice cream anyway. (I know, I know, heresy for a Vermonter)

Does BLM want Ben and Jerry’s to only make and sell Ray Nagin’s “Chocolate City” ice cream? No Vanilla, no Strawberry, no Lemon.
We can no longer sing “Ebony and Ivory” or even refer to Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream in the same box.
Next the LGTBSXZN group will want them to only make “Tutti Fruiti Ice Cream”.
I’m in. I don’t buy their overprices tootie fruity crap anyway.
I’ve been boycotting them for years already. Now I have a reason.
