I sometimes wonder if these click-bait sites are Clinton plants. The email says nothing approaching what the headline says. It is completely without context, header, nothing.

We've had that problem for decades. The problem is that some information is good, some is bad, and some is just neutral. This one seems to be neutral, doesn't help her cause but doesn't really hurt it.
