This seems to be more in reference to the 55K they did release.
But does admitting that they knew not releasing the 55K could put her in legal jeopardy mean that they should have known deleting the 33K was illegal?
I do not know every page of the email case.
Any legal experts in here?
Logic would demand that if not releasing 55K was illegal - deleting 33K altogether is well beyond that.
