I think Trump has run “neo-cons” out of the party. The evangelicals understand what’s going on and have stuck around. Same with the constitutionalists despite the preference for Cruz. Sure, some pure conservatives may have bolted, but in the end will have no where else to turn.
She is a former mayor of Fort Worth who first won a special election for the House in 1989. She has always been on the RINO side but endorsed by “conservatives” too.
