Clinton operatives, alleged to be working in conjunction with the Washington Post, released a brief audio tape from eleven years ago that captures Donald Trump in some unsavory locker-room banter that included a reference to grabbing a certain part of the female anatomy. Multiple sources have now indicated this tape’s release was initiated weeks earlier, and that both House Speaker Paul Ryan and GOP Chair Reince Priebus, had been made aware of its intended use – and then failed to notify the Trump campaign, making them complicit in the Clinton Machine’s intent to harm the Trump campaign.

I’m not even sure Bush’s cousin was the source. He comes off really badly in the tape as well and has had to issue his own apology.
What I’ve found points to the show and NBC: “The tape of Mr. Bush and Mr. Trump published on Friday was unearthed this week by “Access Hollywood” producers, who were reviewing archives for past interviews with Mr. Trump. NBC News, a corporate cousin of “Access Hollywood,” also became aware of the tape, and both news outlets began to prepare stories. But The Washington Post also obtained a copy.”

And, as your link states, the tape is not good for Bush “On Friday, Bush’s public image was damaged — perhaps beyond repair..”
So we don’t have means, motive or access for Bush so far.

No, his help did. You remind me of a dullard I watched who defended himself pro se. He argued that since the police report specified that the perpetrator was a black man, and also that his complexion was brown, there was no proper identification. He also argued that he could not be guilty of possession when he had already thrown the narcotic down by the time he was apprehended. After a lot of laughs, the pro se defendant was found guilty as charged.
This is a Bush operation at its base. They are scum and quislings.
